Form Templates

Form templates provide the ability to create a standard form which can be copied as a base for other forms. A specific template can be chosen when creating a form and are available to application in the domain. Templates can either can be created from the template menu or they can be saved from an application’s forms list. To create a new template, click the green Create button at the top of the template list.

To modify a template click Design. To edit the template name and description, click Edit. To remove the template, click on Remove.

Template Designer

The template designer is a restricted version of the form designer. All the controls and their properties are available. Rules, actions, versioning, and geolocation have been disabled so that sharing templates will be a secure way to share form layouts with other users.
