Flows

Flows are form-driven workflow processes that allow the collection of data across multiple stages. Any number of stages or forms can be used to gather the data. At the end of a Flow, all the data is compiled in a single submission XML. Values in fields of the same name are preserved across flow steps.

Individual stages for a flow in progress are known as tasks, and may be assigned to users, roles, or sent to an email address. Task assignments will appear in the Task List for application admins and any users assigned to that flow step.
